Omni Berkshire Place
This Midtown Manhattan landmark hotel was built in 1926. It’s since changed quite a bit, and is now one of Midtown Manhattan’s most popular five-star hotels. It’s been an AAA Four Diamond recipient, and, for three consecutive years, Where Magazine New York’s Family Friendly Award winner.

Recent renovations, mean that guests can enjoy their spacious rooms and suites in a whole new way. There are 396 rooms, of which 51 are suites. In every room and suite, you’ll find standard luxuries like soundproof windows, fine linens, and Italian marble bathrooms. Some of the suites have deep-soaking tubs, jet showers and master bedrooms fit for gentry. If you book a Madison suite, these are the features you can expect to find.
All rooms now have a feature wall. This is made from English Sycamore, and boasts a large, 37-inch high-definition flat-screen TV on which to watch in-house and On Demand movies, news and sports. The high-tech goodies complement the contemporary art, which is part of the decor of all rooms.
If you are traveling with a family, it’s good to know that all rooms and suites are non-smoking.
There are, among other types, themed suites. Find yourself in the Rodgers & Hammerstein Suite, and you’ll be enjoying a 1,000 square-foot living area which leads on to a terrace. The terrace wraps around the interior, giving you great views of the city. The suite also has a fireplace and jetted spa-tub.

Dining At Omni Berkshire Place
You have a couple of dining options at Omni Berkshire Place. You can eat in your room, and you can do this at any time of the day or night, or you can head to the popular in-house restaurant.
